Tennis starts at love-love

Lots of people interested in learning how to play tennis almost always end up quitting because nothing about tennis is intuitive; it's a difficult sport to learn.

My purpose with each student on the tennis court is to make tennis an enjoyable sport and one of the best alternatives to the gym.

If you want cardio and muscle, hate the gym, and want to have a blast while exercising, let's meet on the tennis court!

Think of tennis as your escape from responsibility for the few hours a week you're on the tennis court. Hours will go by without you realizing it!

With the amount of running and repetition of strokes you'll feel like you went to the gym, but instead you get to enjoy being outside while working every part of your body.

Endorphins will run through you and make you feel like you need to play more tennis! Tennis is an excellent way to boost your heart rate and increase blood flow.
